Do you know how to take care of your sewing machine between scheduled maintenance? You'll learn how to clean your machine and whether or not you should oil, and where. It's a short class with a lot of valuable information to help you keep your machine running smoothly. **This is a free class for our BabyLock machine customers.

Learn what you need to know about threads, stabilizers and embroidery in general. This is a good place to start if you have a new embroidery machine or if you have a machine still in the box.... pull it out and c'mon in for some fun learning. You'll learn how to stitch designs from your machine as well as imported designs, how to stabilize and how to finish nicely.
If you're ready to begin or improve your machine quilting skills, this class is for you. This is a "hands on" approach to teaching machine quilting with lots of opportunities to both watch the stitches flow and try your hand at it too. We'll practise on quilt sandwiches, then move on to your prepared quilt top from the kit. You'll learn how to add a motif such as a leaf or flower, basic stippling, straight lines and quilt stencil work.
Learn how to make the blocks in this quilt, using partial seam construction techniques. Heather's quilt finishes to 54" x 68", but you can make yours bigger by adding a border.
If you've taken a learn to quilt class and you're looking for another project, this is a great choice! Practice those half-square triangles that you find in many block of the month projects and other quilt designs.
