Currently we are only shipping to Canada and continental USA, using Canada Post.
We aim to fill orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary by delivery location.
Our shipping rates are based on your merchandise total before any taxes.

Free customer pick up is available at the store. You will be advised by email when your order is ready to be picked up.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us here within two (2) weeks of receiving your order. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Your refund will be issued to you upon receipt of the items in original condition and packaging.
Returns of unopened notions will be accepted.
Returns on cut fabric or fat quarters will not be accepted unless it was our error.
Returns for patterns or books will not be accepted due to copyright regulations.
All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information and we follow best practices to make sure it is not misused or disclosed. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
Class Policy
Currently, we require proof of vaccination to attend our classes. We will announce when this policy changes. We require masks to be worn at all times in the store and that you maintain social distance between class participants, teachers, and QC staff.
We require one week’s notice for a full refund of your class fee. We will contact you if we have to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment.
