Fabric

All fabric, stabilizers, batting, etc that are sold by the metre are priced by the metre. We require a minimum purchase of 0.5 metres for each fabric that you choose to purchase. After that first half metre you may purchase in quarter metre increments.

All cut fabric is final sale.

Shipping

Currently we are only shipping to Canada and continental USA, using Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.

We aim to fill orders within 3-5 business days.  Shipping times will vary by delivery location.

We offer $15 flat rate shipping across Canada and free shipping in Canada with orders over $200.

Tariff Situation

As of August 29th, the US government will be removing thede minimis exemption, which currently allows orders under $800 to enter the US duty-free. After this date, all orders shipped to the US will be subject to additional customs fees and duties, regardless of order value or country of origin.

Due to this, we have decided to pause all shipping to the USA until we can ensure our customers are not receiving unexpected fees on delivery.

We hope to be back to normal ASAP. Thank you to our US customers for supporting our small business.

Class Policies

About Our Classroom

Enjoy classes in our spacious classroom with lots of table space, two oversize ironing boards, design wall, great teachers, and good company. Whether you come with someone you know or venture in on your own, you are sure to make new friends, learn new skills and have a great time!

We have zero tolerance for intolerance. Our shop and classroom is open to all. We ask our customers to respect each other and staff members. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is being disrespectful of others.

Cancellations

We require one week’s notice for a full refund of your class fee.  We will contact you if we have to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrolment and you will receive a full refund.

Machines

*Please Note: As we are a Baby Lock dealership we are knowledgeable of these machines. We ask if you have a different brand- that you are comfortable with your machine before coming to class. I.E read through your manual and learn to thread, wind a bobbin, etc. Machine rental is $25 plus tax. Fee is waived on select beginner classes*

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!  If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us here within two (2) weeks of receiving your order.  We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Your refund will be issued to you upon receipt of the items in original condition and packaging.

Returns of unopened notions will be accepted.

Returns on cut fabric or fat quarters will not be accepted unless it was our error.

Returns for patterns or books will not be accepted due to copyright regulations.

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

QC Points Program

  • Every one dollar you spend equals to one QC point. 
  • When you get to 500 QC points you are eligible for a $25 reward. This $25 must be spent all at once, so you will need to have products worth $25. (The $25 must be before tax and after any other discounts) 
  • You will need to redeem your points for a code that may be used in store or online. 
  • There are multiple ways to redeem your points. 
  • You may login to your account through our website where you can check your points status and redeem your points for a code. 
  • Some products are excluded from the points program including Baby Lock machines, gift cards, machine service etc.
  • We reserve the right to change or modify our points program at any time.
