Shipping
Currently we are only shipping to Canada and continental USA, using Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.
We aim to fill orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times will vary by delivery location.
Our shipping rates are based on your merchandise total before any taxes.
Tariff Situation
As of August 29th, the US government will be removing thede minimis exemption, which currently allows orders under $800 to enter the US duty-free. After this date, all orders shipped to the US will be subject to additional customs fees and duties, regardless of order value or country of origin.
Due to this, we have decided to pause all shipping to the USA until we can ensure our customers are not receiving unexpected fees on delivery.
We hope to be back to normal ASAP. Thank you to our US customers for supporting our small business.
Class Policies
About Our Classroom
Enjoy classes in our spacious classroom with lots of table space, two oversize ironing boards, design wall, great teachers, and good company. Whether you come with someone you know or venture in on your own, you are sure to make new friends, learn new skills and have a great time!
We have zero tolerance for intolerance. Our shop and classroom is open to all. We ask our customers to respect each other and staff members. We reserve the right to remove anyone who is being disrespectful of others.
Cancellations
We require one week’s notice for a full refund of your class fee. We will contact you if we have to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrolment and you will receive a full refund.
Machines
*Please Note: As we are a Baby Lock dealership we are knowledgeable of these machines. We ask if you have a different brand- that you are comfortable with your machine before coming to class. I.E read through your manual and learn to thread, wind a bobbin, etc. Machine rental is $25 plus tax. Fee is waived on select beginner classes*
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us here within two (2) weeks of receiving your order. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Your refund will be issued to you upon receipt of the items in original condition and packaging.
Returns of unopened notions will be accepted.
Returns on cut fabric or fat quarters will not be accepted unless it was our error.
Returns for patterns or books will not be accepted due to copyright regulations.
